What is a CD+G? |

CD+G stands for Compact Disc + Graphics. A CD+G is different from a regular CD because lines of lyrics will appear on the screen when you play a CD+G disc. A regular music CD does not have this.

How can I avoid microphone feedback? |
|
There are a couple ways to avoid microphone feedback. First, keep the microphone pointed away from and as far from the speakers as possible. Also, too much treble on either the microphone channel or system output can cause feedback. Try lowering the treble and check if the setting is compatible with the desired sound. |

Can you delete the songs that are already loaded in the music? |
|
Yes, you may delete ANY song that is loaded in the unit anytime. Any removal of the music will be permanent. |

No, every hard drive is pre-formatted before installing it in the unit. If you are interested in getting a 2nd hard drive, please contact you nearest dealer or us directly.

What happens if the unit cannot read the hard drive? |
|
First, take the hard drive out and check if the jumper is still in the pin. Then make sure the hard drive is pushed all the way in. If this still doesn’t help, please contact tech support.

How do I add CD+G files in DA-168 or DA-268 without a PC? |
|
Put in the disc that you need to record, press the RECORD button located on the bottom of the big remote control. Follow the instruction on the screen and each song will be recorded in 30 seconds.

How come there is no sound when I use HTMI output? |
|
**Please note that the HDMI interface carries the high-definition digital video information, while audio information (L/R) is carried by two seperate audio cables with RCA pin plugs at their ends. This is because while the video and audio contents of the disk are digital, the audio from your microphone is analog and therefore cannot be ported to the HTMI output.
In order to use HTMI Audio output:
Option 1:
Due to the increasing of technology, most TV LCD nowadays contain not only HTMI input, but also RCA input. If your TV has RCA input ( which is Red, Yellow, and White) just simply plug in HTMI cable on HTMI input, and plug in Red and White (for audio input) on your TV. Then change the setting of your BM2000 into HTMI setting. Then you can enjoy high definition video quality with the music without spending any extra money.
*Please don´t plug Yellow because yellow is for video input. In this case you are using HTMI to replace it.
Option 2:
If your TV doesn´t have RCA input but have HTMI input, don´t worry. You can purchase an 3-RCA male Audio Video Component (Blue, Red, and Green) at any electronic stores such as Fry´s, Bestbuy, Ebay, or Amazon. Its price range between $6 - $10.
Option 3:
If you are still desperated for high audio quality, then you can choose to buy an amplifier. |
