Now, you can download songs from our Cloud server directly from your home. Our BM-4000 Karaoke system is compatible with Cloud service.

- Features 90K songs from Cloud server, unlimited download.

- Songs from multiple languages:  Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, etc...

- Songs that are not from Quarter New Songs/ Season New Songs.

- Songs that are specially requested.  You can email us the list of songs you want to sing, we will try our best to collect these songs and upload them into our Cloud server.

**This is Cloud Yearly Subscription service ONLY. You need to access Cloud through BM-4000 / BM-5000 KTV player.  You cannot access Cloud server from your computer. 

- App is only for selecting songs and accessing the Cloud list.  All files are download directly and saved into KTV player. It does not support computer download.

- Subscription will NOT auto renew. When your subscription expired, you can re-order if you want to continue subscribing.


Cloud Purchase Terms and Conditions:    - Before purchase, please read and agree with our Cloud service policy

1. Cloud fee is non refundable after purchased.

2. Buyer is responsible for providing the correct Serial number. See instruction bottom of this page.

3. Buyer is responsible to check for latest BM-4000/BM-5000 firmware version before purchase. 

4. BM-4000:  Any version before BM4000.018T1 is suggested to updated via HDD update service.  The update helps to fix bugs and make sure Cloud is working properly.  

    BM-5000: Latest firmware version. The update helps to fix bugs and make sure Cloud is working properly.

    To check system version:  Press "System" > look for the version on the top right corner.

5. After purchased Cloud subscription, it is up to buyer to use his or her Cloud service within the subscription period. There will be NO Extending when it reaches expiration date. For Cloud instruction & FAQ: BM-5000 supportBM-4000 support.

6. Cloud subscription and Hard Drive update song are 2 separate services.  After purchasing Cloud subscription, if buyer wants to update songs into the Hard drive, service fee will be calculated based on number of Quarters. Please see our update song page for pricing details.

7. User is responsible to set up WIFI connection in order to use Cloud download.  Check out Internet Connection FAQ: BM-5000 supportBM-4000 support.

How to check Serial Number not the number behind the machine.

- Serial number:  press "System", look for S/N: 80XXXXXXX on the lower left corner.

Warranty Policy:

BEST MEDIA warrants this product to the original purchaser ONLY, to be free from defects in materials under normal use from the date of original purchase. BEST MEDIA warrants free labor for at its option under the warranty period, to replace product if it is determined to be defective at "No Charge." This limited warranty does not cover any loss or damages that occur as a result of:

  • Cosmetic damage.
  • Shipping or improper installation or maintenance.
  • Misuse.
  • Neglect.
  • Any cause other than ordinary commercial or industrial application.
  • Adjustment by non-authorized source or any of the products firmware or hardware
    that you or any third party have modified or altered
  • Improper environment
  • Excessive or inadequate heating or air conditioning or electrical power failures,
    surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings or other irregularities.
  • Accidents, acts of God.

Defective - means that there is manufacturing error that prevent normal use of item per manufacture guidelines.

If the problem is not manufacture defect, but due to human error, or intentional destruction, Warranty will not cover, and repair fee and return shipping fee will be collected.


Regarding damaged VGA

- We always tested our Touch Monitor to ensure its quality before shipping out the item, and all our VGA cable (25ft) are brand new. 

- If the Touch Monitor only shows up in one color or mono color (yellow, red, or green), most of the cases is due to forcefully connecting the cable. This causes the pin(s) on VGA male head is damaged.  Warranty does not cover because this problem is resulted from human error, not manufacture error. Please use with care. Thanks,

- If extended VGA cable (25ft) is damaged, you can purchase a new cable to replace it.

- If built-in VGA cable on the Touch Monitor is damaged, buyer can request repair service.  Buyer pays repair service and all shipping fee.



Who pays for shipping?

- During warranty period, Best Media will only ship back to you. It is your responsibility to ship the item to us. We recommend you to carefully pack your item and insure your package to prevent any delivery damage.  If you are located or visit near Los Angeles Area, you can bring the product to our office.






To have your merchandise repaired under warranty:    please first request RMA number before ship out your merchandise
