Order & Shipping


Welcome to Best Media Store.  We sell wide range of karaoke device (Karaoke player, Microphones, Amplifiers and other accessories). If you do have question, please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form or at 909-348-5558. We will be prompt to assist you. Thank you.


How to Order:


1. Search for item:

- You can search for item by inputting the item name into the search bar.

- You can navigate item from our product category.

- When you enter the product page, select the desired option (if any) and quantity, then click "Add to Cart".


2. Shopping Cart:

- If you are ready to check out, click on the  "Shopping Cart" icon on the top right corner.

- When you enter the checkout page, review the items in your cart.

- Click on "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" to calculate your shipping cost.

*If your shipping address is located at Canada/ U.S Non-contiguous States, please refer to the "Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada" section below.

- Click "Checkout" to go to  the Information Page.


3. Coupon code: - under Shopping Cart

- if you have coupon code, click "Use Coupon code" > input your code.

*Only 1 code can be used for 1 online transaction.


4. Checkout Page:

- After reviewed your items, click "Checkout" to process to the Information Page.

- Please fill out your information and click "Confirm Order". 

- You will be processed to Paypal check out page > follow screen instructions

- After checked out with PayPal, your order confirming page will show up.

- Done

*Please write down Order ID for your record.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S Territories, and Canada:

- We do ship to Canada and U.S non-contiguous States (such as Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island).

- We also ship to Australia, England, and France

- We cannot estimate shipping cost for these regions unless we have the full address.  Therefore, shipping fee will not show in cart. After placing the order, we will calculate shipping fee based on address. Then, we will send PayPal money request for that shipping amount.


Order process for Canada/ Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S Territories customers:

1. Please order directly on our website (bestmediausa.com)

2. During check out, choose "Standard Shipping" option. However, Shipping fee is required based on destination. We will calculate your shipping fee after the order is placed.

3. Complete the shipping information and process payment with PayPal.

4. After we received your order, we will calculate the shipping cost and notify you via email.

5.If you agree with the Shipping fee, we will send you PayPal money request.

6. After you paid the Shipping cost --> We will process your order.

7. If you do not agree with the Shipping fee --> We will cancel the order and PayPal will refund you.

**We won't charge your PayPal account until you confirm the money request.

Shipping Information

- We ship item via UPS or USPS

- UPS Ground: estimate 3 - 7 Business days (Depend on location)

- For Canada, Alaska, Haiwaii, and U.S Territories (such as American Samoa, Guam, North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island), we will use USPS carrier. Extra shipping fee required. Please contact us for specific shipping fee. Shipping time: estimate 7 - 14 Business days (Depend on location). Note that Holiday season will take longer. Thank you.


Store Pickup

- You can order items online and pick them up at the store. This can save you shipping fee and you may receive your item faster.


A. To select "In Store Pick up":

- During checkout, choose "In store Pickup" under Shipping method.

- Place your order and wait for the "Ready to Pickup" email. (this is a separate email from the order confirmation)

- When your item(s) is ready to pickup, bring your ID, order number, and the "Ready to Pickup" email to the store and pick up your items.

- We will hold your items at the store for 5 business days. If you don't make it on the last day, we will cancel your order and refund your method of payment.

- If you cannot pick up your order within 5 days, please contact us at 909-348-5558 to extend your pickup time frame (maximum 5 more days). 

- If you cannot pick up items during our office hours, please contact us to schedule another time for pickup


B. Bring to the Store:

1. Your government issued photo ID

2. Your order number

3. Your Ready to Pickup Email


C. Who can pick up the order.

1. You can pick up the order yourself.

2. If you choose to have someone pickup for you:

          a. During checkout, select "In store Pickup" under Shipping method

          b. On the "Add Comment" section, please provide the pickup person's name, phone and email address

          c. We will send the"Ready to Pickup" email to You and Alternate Pickup person you request

          d. Have the Pickup person bring his/her ID, order number, and the Pickup Email to our store to pick up your items.


D. Changing or Cancel Pickup

          a. To switch from Store Pickup to Shipping, please call us and pay the shipping fee on phone.

          b. To switch from Shipping to Store Pickup, please call us within one hour of placing the order.

               *However, we do not guarantee that the request can be processed because our shipping department might packed and shipped the items already.  If items are shipped, shipping fee are nonrefundable.

          c. If you place order after our business hours and want to change the shipping method, please email us immediately after placing the order.

          d. To cancel Store Pickup, please have your order Number & Pickup confirmation number ready.

* We suggest customers to review the order carefully before placing the order.

*Some products may be larger than expected due to their packaging. Please keep in mind when considering what vehicle you use to pick up your order.
