This program limits Maximum ONLY 1 trade-in machine per household.

Below player is eligible for trade-in: 

Best Media BM-1000  - Trade-in max $200

Best Media BM-2000  - Trade-in max $300
Best Media BM-3000 (6TB only) - Trade-in max $400 (machine has to be in good condition)

Best Media BM-4000 (6TB only) - Trade-in max $500 (machine has to be in good condition)

How Does Trade-in Program Work?

1. Contact us at 909-348-5558 or info@bestmediausa.com


2. Schedule an appointment to bring trade-in device to our store for examination.  

   If customer wants to ship, please contact us for RMA number

* Customer is responsible for shipping the trade-in player, or bring it in-store.  We will not accept trade-in if the item is damaged by delivery. Please pack safely.


3. We will examine the player and determine its eligibility for trade-in program.

Trade-in Eligibility: unit's condition

   - Trade-in device needs to be good normal working condition. Device includes all accessories. Device with dirty, obvious scratches, or external or internal damage (including oily mark) will be denied from the program. We do not accept any player that is damaged during delivery. 

    - In case the player is damaged during delivery, you can claim insurance if you buy insurance before shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to get the damaged player to be shipped back.


4. If the player is qualified for the program:
      - Congrats! customer only pay the difference for the New BM-5000.  (see discount price above).   

    If the player is not qualified for the program:

      - Customer can pick up his/her trade-in device.

      - If trade-in device needs to be shipped, customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Return policy:  please review here before purchase.

- If item is returned without original package or with damage, there will be up to 20% restocking fee. 

- If customer shipped the trade-in device to our office, and decided not to trade-in. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost of his/her used Best Media player. 


Warranty:

- All new BM-5000 (including Trade-in program) has 2 years Manufacture warranty. See more warranty detail here
