With this large size of storage, you will have a huge library of song selections, and up to 75,000 high quality songs. For your convenience, this player is designed with both HDD removable case, so you can easily access and swap another hard drive of your choice. Moreover, you not only use your tablet or mobile device as the controller to search for songs, you will able to access to the cloud server list to download new songs. If tablet control is not enough, you can upgrade to a 19-inch or 22-inch Touch Screen to make your home karaoke system into a real KTV system.

Đầu BM-4000 Việt là bộ Karaoke có thể dung nạp hai ổ đĩa cứng Removable, up to là 12.0TB. Ổ đĩa cứng Việt 4TB HDD sẽ bao gồm 33,000 bản nhạc Việt và Anh. Nhạc hay và mới dường như là 80% điều là original MTV. Nếu như 4.0TB không đủ, thì bạn có thể mua thêm ổ đĩa cứng 2nd Hard Drive (4.0TB) nhạc Phổ Thông và nhạc Quãng. Tính năng Removable có thể để bạn thay đổi Hard Drive nhanh nhẹ dễ dàng và chọn lựa tuỳ theo ý muốn. Bạn còn có thể download nhạc trên Cloud server (Free năm đầu), với số lượng hơn 150K bài hát, từ nhạc Việt, Hoa, Quãng, Đài, Anh, Nhật, vv.. Defective - means that there is manufacturing error that prevent normal use of item per manufacture guidelines.

If the problem is not manufacture defect, but due to human error, or intentional destruction, Warranty will not cover, and repair fee and return shipping fee will be collected.

Regarding damaged VGA

- We always tested our Touch Monitor to ensure its quality before shipping out the item, and all our VGA cable (25ft) are brand new.

- If the Touch Monitor only shows up in one color or mono color (yellow, red, or green), most of the cases is due to forcefully connecting the cable. This causes the pin(s) on VGA male head is damaged. Warranty does not cover because this problem is resulted from human error, not manufacture error. Please use with care. Thanks,

- If extended VGA cable (25ft) is damaged, you can purchase a new cable to replace it.

- If built-in VGA cable on the Touch Monitor is damaged, buyer can request repair service. Buyer pays repair service and all shipping fee.

Who pays for shipping?

- During warranty period, Best Media will only ship back to you. It is your responsibility to ship the item to us. We recommend you to carefully pack your item and insure your package to prevent any delivery damage. If you are located or visit near Los Angeles Area, you can bring the product to our office.
